Remote Learning Research Topics

Remote Learning research topics is one of the topics that is utilized for students to learn their education at online technology. It is utilized by students to provide safety in any of the emergency situations. Online learning or E-learning is known here as remote learning. It is a form of getting knowledge to students online while they are not physically present. In this we provide the details or information that is relevant to this proposed remote learning technology.

  1. Define Remote Learning

Initially we begin with the explanation for this proposed Remote Learning technology. It is varied from the virtual learning programs or virtual school platforms which generally go through an official procedure of generating a school, executing an online program and generating a devoted framework to assist students who register in the school. It is something distinct which is capable of switching on and off on the basis of their requirement, though the effectiveness of changeover to remote learning is based on the technology tools, whole student assistance structure and preparedness. Remote learning offers a chance for students and teachers to stay connected and involved with the content when working through homes. Chances for remote learning are generally connected to the critical conditions that carry a challenge in student protection. E-learning uses electronic technologies to obtain the educational program outside of the traditional classroom.

  1. What is Remote Learning?

There after the explanation we look for the detailed definition for this proposed Remote learning technology. In general the remote learning is nothing; it is a learning platform where the students and the mentor were not physically present in the traditional classroom surroundings. Here the instructions were conveyed through the technology tools like virtual assessments, video conferencing and discussion boards. It is a try to reconstruct the in-person, face-to-face classroom through the internet. Unlike its virtual learning, close relative that is more official, generated mode on online learning, remote education comprises students and teachers who were not accustomed to education which takes part in online. It is generally employed by arranging challenges, illness or like today, disasters. This corresponding innovation of remote learning is complicated for both tutor and students.

  1. Where Remote Learning used?

Afterwards the detailed definition we converse where to utilize this proposed technology. It is generally utilized while arranging challenges, illness or like today, disasters. The novel technology of this remote learning is difficult for students as well as educators. Among the public, private, small and big schools remote learning seems to be probably the same.

  1. Why Remote Learning technology proposed? , previous technology issues

Here we proposed a remote learning technology, as it may face some of the difficulties in the existing technology and we have to handle the issues through this proposed remote learning technique. Some of the major issues are as follows:

  • Challenges in Feature Selection: In previous technologies the conflicts in the study define that they suggest a meta-heuristic technique to select the structure for educative formation of data. Several metaheuristic techniques will be employed in further research to improve the feature selection approach. Also due to the nature of educational data, there is a restricted dataset size that conflicts the quality of information that is examined. The challenges that describe how much and what type of independent structures they are; particularly it comes to how we contrast the learning activities are.
  • Non-accurate Prediction: In previous method, the accuracy of the prediction model that employed has the low accuracy of 84%
  • Preprocessing Difficulties: The previous technologies in K-NN classification technique are employed for pre-processing because of its simple execution. But it learns slowly and is thus vulnerable to the noisy input and its performance will be minimized.
  • Insufficient Feature Extraction: In the previous study the study project is conducted on the basis of a single feature which is the quantity obtained. It will be extended to add some more characteristics.
  1. Algorithms / protocols

For this research the remote learning technology we will employ the following techniques to overcome the difficult or challenges in the previous research. The methods that we used are Random Forest Classifier-based Improved Quantum Particle Swarm Optimization (RFC-IQPSO), The Long Short-Term Memory and Convolutional Neural Networks (CONV-LSTM), Stemming, Tokenization, Removal of stop words, Lemmatization and Noise Filtering and Minimum Redundancy Maximum Relevance-based Whale Optimization Algorithm (MRMR-WOA).

  1. Comparative study / Analysis

Our proposed technology compares the following techniques or methods related to this research to enhance its effectiveness of the research. The methods that we combined to enhance this research achievements are as follows:

  • For the intent to conduct the pre-processing, this research is recommended to generate the utilization of the procedures like Noise filtering, Removal of stop words, Tokenization, Lemmatization, and Stemming.
  • MRMR-WOA technique is the technique that is employed to choose the feature for this research.
  • The CONV-LSTM saves more time and effort by being directly employed with the raw data and will automatically takes out the corresponding features.
  1. Simulation results / Parameters

We proposed a remote learning technology, the following parameters or the performance metrics which are employed to enhance the performance of this proposed strategy. F-measure (%), Precision (%), Accuracy (%) and Recall (%) with the Number of Epochs and the True positive rate with false positive rate are the metrics that we compared with the existing technology to enhance the accuracy of this research.

  1. Dataset LINKS / Important URL

In this research we proposed a remote learning technology, where it generates the students to learn their education in the online mode. Here we provide some links that are related to our proposed strategy that are useful when we go through it.

  1. Remote Learning Applications

The remote learning applications that come across different kinds of platforms and software that are planned to provide online education and virtual classroom knowledge. Some of the popular illustrations are: Moodle, Blackboard, Schoology, Google Classroom, Canvas, zoom and Microsoft Teams.

  1. Topology for Remote Learning

Now the topology for this proposed strategy that employs machine learning techniques to forecast the student’s satisfaction, taking into account the regional nuances in Southeast Asia. Execute a standard management structure that is designed to the distinct limitations in the area.

  1. Environment for Remote Learning

The environment for this research will concentrate on collecting data from various Southeast Asian countries, by taking into account the socioeconomic and cultural differences. The implementation will be carried out by employing the enhanced statistical methods to find the factors that affect student’s satisfaction and quality management in remote learning.

  1. Simulation tools

Let’s look for the software requirement that is required for this proposed research. Here we develop this research by employing the developmental tool Python-3.11.4 or Above Version. Then the operating system that used to perform this research is Windows 10 (64 bit). These are the simulation tools that we utilized to do this research.

  1. Results

The proposed remote learning technology is used to learn the education on the online mode, not the students and the mentors who were physically present here. Then for this we compared several parameters or performance metrics with the previous technology to obtain the best outcome for this research to get the enhanced accuracy for this research when compared to the other existing technologies. This research is executed by using the tool Python-3.11.4 or Above Version.
