Here we proposed Information Technology in this research and it utilizes some of the methods to overcome the difficulties in the existing technologies. The methods that we utilized for this research are Neighborhood Component Analysis – synthetic minority over-sampling (SMOTE-NCA) – for feature extraction, Normalization Preprocessing, AlertPro framework – Proximal Policy Optimization (AlertPro-PPO) – for monitoring and Feed-Forward Neural Network-Graphical Neural Network-Locust Swarm Optimization (FNN-GNN-LSO) – for classification.

Our proposed technique is compared with various methods and then we integrate some methods as novel techniques to propose this research. The methods that we compared for this research are as follows.
- By normalizing the data pretreatment workflow, the analysts will have lower bias and variability in the dataset.
- The new SMOTE-NCA method improves the dataset representation and improves the effectiveness of classification techniques.
- The FNN-LSO models combined to optimize the network parameters and increase the detection capacities. In addition integrating GNN to FNN-GNN-LSO provides a creative technique to attack detection.
- AlertPro with PPO into its alert prioritize policy, enabling for constant enhancement.
- Simulation results / Parameters
For our proposed research we compare some parameters or performance metrics with the existing technology to obtain the best outcome for this research. The metrics that we compared are: Sensitivity, Attack detection rate, Accuracy, F1 score, Precision and Specificity with the Number of epochs.
